today go to the mahattan fish market see their kitchen and walk around at the central :)
group with Yue xi and lisa....yan ling was absent again ( the 2 days LOL)

Gt 20 min need to do the worksheet and we scroll around. gt mani restaurant there sia...OMG
gt my fav. Jap remen and the dessert shop.. but was so x sia... One set of ice cream gt around $8+++
around 1.50pm go mahattan fish market. saw our instructor at the restaurant serving food to the customer.
coz it is lunch time so gt mani ppl and we need to sit at the outside...gt the stupid sunlight LOL...so hot sia
Luckily they gt serve us cold water.
Then wait abt 10 min then we go inside the air-con room....
haha...then we go into the kitchen and kw the facility inside....
Eg: chiller and kw which type of chopping board is use for which 1.
next time maybe go with yong xuan go mahattan fish market sabo the instructor.

We drive him to maju camp around 7+? and go back home. hahas

Finally gt back all my result. hahas :)
Chinese gt 30/45. English gt 15/30. Phy gt 22/25 =) Chem gt 13/25.....
But today Mdm liu is nt really happy of our result LOL.

Not only tat she want us to hand in all the work she had given us from June until now on MON.

Today F&B course was very fun...it was cooking ^^

I group with yue xi,Lisa and yan ling.
Our first dish is
SALAD and Lisa and yu xi help to cut the ingredients and yan ling and I do the decorations (:
Our salad is simple & nice!!! hahas...
Next dish is
MUSHROOM FRIED RICE and Yue xi and I help to cut the mushrooms...
it was really fun....really :)
then wash the rice and boil the rice and put the onion and mushrooms intio it...
then shawn's goup cannot boil the rice up cos they put too much water LOL... haiz
stir the food for moments and it is ready to serve :x
Quite nice,actually =)
Go look for faye they all and they them try our food.... hahas xD
Finally need to wash the utensils...OMG
I hate it sia, stupid.
Next week is doing cocktail =) hahas...looking 4ward toward next week!!!
Shi mian birthday: left 2 mor days :) Zhi jing countdown days: 11 days ^^btw,zhijing having his NAFA test today.

Today PE i dun lyk it at all...is playing BADMINTON !!!!

Reach the maju camp around 7.15am? zhi and us walk separate ways LOL.
the tour guide i think? took us around the camp.
Eg: Bedroom,gym,field,canteen..... and also told us wat they are eating for morning,lunch and dinner....(prefer outside food) xD
Then hv the opening dressing...
Then Finally go c zhi in the hot and humid field....
Mum was sad and cry when he hug zhijing LOL.... so sad sia!!!

was veri shocked when amanda say gt new ppl joining our class....AND it's a BOY
when the boy step in...i was shocked lolz.
is daniel that is same class with me and shi mian in pri 4 lol
hahas...he change so much in this few yrs LOL.
haha ^^ at first he also dun no hu is me lol....then say a lots of thing then he rmb lol...haiz...
but most funny is that he does not rmb shi mian. hahas xD
Daniel is a bit quiet lolz...so it a bit boring during class.

Go tampines mall meet my mum then go to the Hokkaido fair :)
btw,it juz started today so many ppl there lolz...i thought only gt little ppl. haiz...
walk around the fair and buy some scallop. hahas very yummy and nice!
then Q for the butter manju. buy 1 sets of custard and red bean =)
wait for 15min.....so long LOL
but nvm,
took bus 67 home,
reach home at 5.30pm....
